o Always drive CARE vehicles carefully ensuring the secutity of passengers in observance of CARE
policies and procedutes, abiding by ail.uafltc and other relevant laws and nevet to exceed the speed
limit;
o Ensure that passengers are observing the security on board measures established by CARE especially
regarding the wearing of seat belts and helmets where applicable at all times;
o Ensure proper loading and offloading of good on the vehicles,
. Carry a valid driving license at all times, and ensure that all paperwotk and documentation in
connection with the assigned vehicles are always in otdet;
. Propedy fi.ll the requested document on board including the vehicle logbook and the vehicle
maintenance book and produce the requested teports on time;
o Check all assigned vehicles daily, or more often if necessary, following a pre-established schedule of
preventive maintenance;
o Clean inside and outside the assigned vehicles at least once a week;
. Participate in the minor repair on the vehicles and do the follow-up and check of vehicles that have
been sent for maintenance or repak at the gatage to ensure that the completed wotk is satisfactory
and as agteed;
o Participate in the drawing up of service schedules fot all assigned vehicles, complete the necessary
paperwork and orgatize all work to be carried out by outside mechanics or garages.
